### Must I sell my hotel to appoint a management agency?

No. Under the mandate model presented by THA, you retain ownership of the asset and a role in the direction of your hotel. The scope of delegated operations is agreed together.

### Can I delegate only part of the activity?

Yes. Assignments are tailored: advisory, revenue management, operations or financial steering can address a specific need. A full mandate covers a wider scope.
